Yoga
At The Healing Triad Yoga Studio, our goal is to illuminate the pathway to healing for others on multiple layers, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As seekers of the same, we feel called to share the tools of yoga that have brought us to our present understanding of yoga as a self healing science. What makes yoga unique is that it is subjective, the subject is me, the student is me, the learning process is also me. Yoga study is vast and limitless, and at the same time as close as our own breath.
We offer Hatha Yoga , Gentle Yoga for Seniors and Individuals With Limited Mobility, as well as Private Yoga sessions. In the near future we will be offering other yoga related workshops and classes, please sign up on our mailing list so that we can contact you regarding special events or classes. Please note that a signed copy of our Yoga Release Form must be on file with The Healing Triad prior to participating in any classes or workshops.
Yoga originated in India approximately 5,000 years ago and has become more than an ancient tradition, but a system with different techniques directed towards supporting each students quest for creating the union of mind, body and spirit. This is the true essence of Yoga, allowing for full integration and opening to the flow of the life-force energies within and without. Being present to that flow and deepening your awareness of who you are and what you need to bring yourself back into balance.
The yoga classes at The Healing Triad Yoga Studio will provide you with ways to connect to that part of you who is seeking to bring peace and calming to an otherwise hectic lifestyle. Upon entering the Yoga Studio one feels as if they have found their shelter from the storm. The atmosphere is nurturing and relaxing, you immediately feel transformed, the space conducive to all types of yoga.

*Gentle Yoga classes begin in chairs before moving to standing poses and ending with a deep relaxation.
