Yoga Schedule

Classes are held at The Healing Triad Annex,   106 S. Third St. – Bloomingdale, IL  60108.

Join us at one or more of our classes!  We offer a flexible schedule for your convenience.

Please call 630-351-9642 to register.  All participants must have a Yoga Release Form on file with The Healing Triad prior to participating in any classes.

Until we implement our online class registration system, please follow the following registration guidelines.  Checks, cash and major credit cards are accepted to register for any of the classes.

At your first class please allow for some extra time to process your Yoga Release Form.

HATHA YOGA CLASSES The Healing Triad in Bloomingdale, Illinois offers Hatha Yoga classes throughout the week.

12-Class Punch Card:  $115.00 ($9.59/Class)
12-Class Senior Rate Punch Card (62+): $100.00 ($8.33/Class)

GENTLE YOGA CLASSESThe Healing Triad's Gentle Yoga Schedule for Seniors 62+ and Individuals with Limited Mobility

Gentle Yoga classes begin in chairs before moving to standing poses and ending with a deep relaxation.

Evelyn Walsh has lived in Bloomingdale for 22 years with her husband and 2 daughters, and has taught yoga at the Bloomingdale Park District for over 11 years. She received her Teaching Certificate from the Temple of Kriya Yoga in Chicago, and is currently enrolled in a home study program with Integrative Yoga Therapy. Over the years she has taught a series of classes for menopause affectionately named Hot Flash Yoga. In 2007, Evelyn became a Certified Hypnotherapist, and has held free seminars to educate people in how to use hypnosis for the attainment of goals. She also taught classes in Hypnotherapy for Weight Management, her yoga background and experience with hypnotherapy has been a beneficial addition to her meditation instruction. She is a Reiki Master Teacher and feels that her years as a yoga teacher enhances her ability to train others in this healing art. The marriage of these modalities is what Evelyn  attributes to the ease and flow of her classes.

Beth McCown began her yoga practice 14 years ago as a means to a healthy lifestyle, and has found the benefits of a yoga practice are endless.  She became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2002 from the Temple of Kriya Yoga, and has been teaching yoga in the Bloomingdale area for over 10 years. Beth continues her studies in yoga therapy with Doug Keller, and has also studied with Gabriel Halpern as well as many well-known teachers. She specializes in teaching yoga to seniors, and is passionate in helping students stay healthy and mobile during their lifetimes. Beth received her Reiki level II certification, and plans to continue with her Reiki training to enhance her yoga teaching. Beth has lived in Bloomingdale for 26 years with her husband and 3 boys, and is excited to continue her teaching in Old Town Bloomingdale.
